Information we process

Accounts store email, display name and a hashed password. The service uses session identifiers, account and guest identifiers, room membership, game actions, completed results, points and completed-game counts. Infrastructure processes connection addresses and diagnostic logs to operate and protect the service. Display names and eligible cumulative scores appear on public leaderboards; your account email and password are not displayed there.

Payments

When payment is enabled, Creem and its payment providers collect checkout and payment details under their own privacy policies. JoyFlock stores checkout identifiers, subscription state and authenticated payment events to deliver membership and resolve billing issues. JoyFlock does not collect or store card numbers or card security codes.

Cookies and local settings

Essential HttpOnly session cookies maintain guest and account sessions. Browser local storage retains game preferences such as language and sound. Cookies are required for online rooms and login. No advertising analytics integration is part of this release.

Purposes and sharing

We process information to provide accounts, synchronize games, calculate verified statistics, deliver subscriptions, prevent abuse and answer support requests. Data is handled by our hosting provider and, for billing, Creem and its payment providers. The application is currently hosted in the United States; these services may process information outside your home country. We do not sell personal information.

Retention and your choices

Account and game records remain while needed to operate accounts, preserve game integrity and meet billing or legal obligations. Session cookies expire after inactivity; local preferences can be cleared in your browser. Contact support to request access, correction or deletion. Billing records subject to legal retention may need to be retained after account deletion. We will explain any limits when handling a request.

Security

We use HTTPS, password hashing and access controls. No online system guarantees perfect security. Do not send card details or passwords to support.
