Terms of Service / 服务条款

Effective date: 31 October 2026. These terms govern your use of JoyFlock and Flight Party. Contact: 13428961230@163.com.

Using the game

You may play as a guest or create an account. Provide accurate account information, protect your password and use a name you are entitled to use. Do not cheat, impersonate others, attack the service or interfere with other players. Server-confirmed actions and results determine online matches. Disconnected seats may be controlled automatically; account attribution is frozen at match start.

Statistics and membership

Gameplay is unlimited. Signed-in free accounts record their first completed match per UTC day, including negative scores; membership records all eligible completed matches. Guest matches cannot be claimed later. See membership pricing and support for current availability, renewal, cancellation and refund information.

When enabled, recurring membership is USD $9/month or $59/year, plus applicable taxes displayed by checkout. It renews until canceled. Cancellation stops future renewals; paid access lasts to the end of the current period unless refunded or revoked. Payments are processed by Creem as merchant of record. Its checkout and buyer terms also apply. Test transactions do not take real funds or grant real paid benefits.

Availability and conduct

The service is evolving and may be interrupted for maintenance or faults. Do not rely on permanent availability or unchanged leaderboard data. We may restrict abusive access or correct erroneous records. Nothing in these terms removes mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Contact and changes

Contact support about refunds, cancellation or account deletion. Material changes to pricing or membership conditions will be disclosed before they apply. Do not continue a purchase if the checkout terms differ from your expectations.
